Delivery
The delivery charges shown on the website are for UK mainland
only. They are based on the weight of the goods in the order
up to £80, and over £80 free of charge.
We will endeavour to despatch items within 3 days of ordering,
should there be a delay of any kind we will contact you to
enquire whether you are happy to wait or would rather cancel
your order.
Order Payment
Payment can be made using options shown at the checkout, including
Visa, Mastercard payments through the secure gateway of Paypal
and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction, any faulty goods will be replaced.
Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days of receipt.
